Can I track my package?

Of course. The client can track packages, regardless of the shipping option. To track your package send us the number of your order via e-mail, facebook or chat. We will then provide the customer with a link to track the package.

How long i will wait for my order.

The average delivery time is about 10 business days from placing the order.

Almost all of our products are produced after placing an order. Production time can be different for different products. We try not to exceed 4 days. However, sometimes due to delays in the delivery of components for the production of this time may be slightly longer.

Shipping time for Post letter:
Europe including Cyprus, all Russia and Israel 4-5 working days after dispatch
North and South America, Africa, Australia, Asia 10 – 14 working days after dipatch

How do i pay for my order?

We accept PayPal, Credit Cards or IBAN Transfer.

I placed the order but still haven’t received the confirmation email.

Please add shop (@) lautwear.com email to your contacts and check the spam inbox. Sometimes, for technical reasons, the order confirmation comes later. If it takes longer than 2 hours, please contact us by phone or email.

I made mistake in my order!

You can call at 0048 732 600 092 or send email to [email protected] . We can make changes within 1 hours of placing an order. After that, we offer returns and exchanges if you made a mistake.

Returns & exchange

Can i make return or exchange?

1. The Customer is entitled to withdraw from the agreement with no reasons provided within 45 days from the date of delivery and return the goods to the Shop. Money refund is transferred to a bank account provided by the Customer within 7 days from the date when the goods are delivered back to the Shop. The amount of money for the goods inlcuded in the agreement, meaning the goods which the Customer declares to withdraw from, is subject to refund.
2. The Customer is entitled to exchange the goods for other ones from the offer. The Customer bears the costs of sending back the goods to the Shop. The Shop bears the costs of sending the exchanged goods to the Customer.
3. The Shop is entitled to deny the return or exchange of the goods if damaged or commercially defective goods are sent back to the shop.
4.The customer returns or replaces the item at his own expense. The package must be registered and trackable.
5. Cash on delivery packages are not accepted by the Shop.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping for orders of 40 €, or more. 40 €, minimum purchase is calculated after all discounts and coupons are applied.

I could not pick up the shipment. What now?

In case you can not pick up the package, the package will be returned to us. If you want to re-send a package, you must pay a fee of 10 euros.

What with quality?

We try to make the quality of our products high. Our shirts don’t shrink while washing and prints don’t fade and don’t fall – otherwise, it is a reason for free return or exchange (pay attention to how you should wash). Description of the material and the method of marking is in the description of each product.
